atThe Stock Exchange of Thailand- วิเคราะห์ และพิจารณาคุณสมบัติของบริษัทที่ยื่นคำขอให้รับบริษัทและหลักทรัพย์ต่าง ๆ เป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ
- ประสานงาน ติดตาม รวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำแก่บริษัทจดทะเบียนและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย เป็นต้น เพื่อให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดได้อย่างถูกต้อง เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน และเพื่อให้ผู้ถือหุ้นและผู้ลงทุนได้รับทราบข้อมูลที่สำคัญของบริษัทจดทะเบียนอย่างครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง ทันเวลา รวมถึงการรับฟังประเด็นข้อติดขัดของบริษัทจดทะเบียนมาพิจารณาหาแนวทางแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน เพื่อลดอุปสรรค สร้างคุณค่าเพิ่ม และเป็นประโยชน์ในการเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียน
- วิเคราะห์และติดตามฐานะการเงินและผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทจดทะเบียน ตลอดจนดูแลคุณสมบัติในการดำรงสถานะเป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียน
- รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของบริษัทจดทะเบียน ตลอดจนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาระบบการเผยแพร่และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลของบริษัทจดทะเบียนให้เป็นมาตรฐานมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท ในสาขาวิชาการเงิน บัญชี เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการเงิน เช่น วาณิชธนกิจ การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน การบัญชี หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้องการกำกับดูแลธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ เป็นต้น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- พูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC score > 600)
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
