RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect information about various types of retail properties, including shops, department stores, community malls and superstores, and arrange for photographs to be taken.
- Visit sellers to discuss their properties, understand their special features and gather necessary information.
- Estimate the value of properties based on market research and analysis.
- Market and promote properties for sale, utilizing various channels and strategies.
- Represent sellers in negotiating with prospective buyers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Advise clients and assist buyers in making informed decisions regarding property purchases.
- Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure that a price is agreed upon, satisfactory to both parties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in commercial real estate sales with a focus on retail properties.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Thai.
- Pleasant personality, outgoing nature, and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
