Receiving Products and Put away • Receives incoming shipments from third party suppliers. • Immediately transfers cold chain shipments to cold room receipting area. • Checks goods against shipping documents. • Reports Receiving Supervisor in case of discrepancies. • Facilitates immediate sorting and segregation, counting and checking of goods prior to keying-in SAP system • Manages locations and forwards products for put away. • Conducts location audit for products received on the previous date to ensure the accuracy of put away activity. • Manages proper filing of goods receipt documents for reference. • Maintains proper segregation of products, tidiness and orderliness of the area to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Storage and Distribution Practice (GSDP). • Coordinates with other sections, departments, principals and customers to resolve operational issues and concerns. 2.
