About the company Business Type: Customer Service Products: Domestic and international tours, airplane tickets, hotels, JR pass, etc.
- Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues with team or leader
- Manages, monitors, and communicates project schedules, budget guidelines, progress, and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and to established expectations
- Plan, organize and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
- Schedule the project in Logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines Manage,
- Delegate task to contractor, other supplier and project partner
- Study job specification to determine appropriation construction methods
- Initiate new creatively and logically system, method, production and innovation
- Other task as assigned
- Workplace Area: BTS Asoke -
- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) + half day on two Saturday/month
- Thai nationality, Male/female, age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Experience in store development, marketing, budgeting
- Familiarity with tourism industry
- Interior and construction's experience are preferable
- Able to understand market trends and customer mindsets
- Good analytical skill with creativity and innovation abilities
- Can understand from the angle of marketing view, Designing and conceptualizing interior/exterior of shop/retail/exhibition construction project
- English: Advanced Conversation level
- Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (Preferable)
