About the company Business Type: Sales and Import Products: [Thailand] Sales In-house bed
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Support Sales
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- Workplace Area: Srinakarin
- Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Sat) day off in Sunday and other weekdays
- Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 22-28 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Experience in reception tasks, sales support , sales coordinator or any related filed
- Good personality and able to do multi-tasks
- Able to work on Saturday
- English: Advanced Conversational level
