• Develop,plan,implement and supervise production function and strategies to achieve the targets of safety/quality/cost/delivery/morale
• Manage and train a team of production staff with HR's support.
• Lead,control,direct and manage a group of production work force.
• In charge of production activities, performance and corrective preventive actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
• Assist in evaluating and improving process, layouts, equipment and techniques.
• Manage and execute various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
• Work with other function departments to keep continuous improvement for cost-saving.
• Coordinates with other function teams in new project planning and try-run.
• Be responsible for workshop 5S in housekeeping.
• Ensure employees safety and EHS policy.
• Set targets, implement plans, track results, and make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results.

• Thai nationality, Male/ Female , age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree of polymer science, chemistry or engineering background.
• More than 8 years in foreign invested manufacturing company, among which 3+ years' experience of molding/tooling/assembly workshop management is required.
• Good knowledge of IATF16949, well trained in concepts like Leaning,6 sigma etc. TS16949
• Business Level of English and Good command of PC skills.
• Strong data analysis ability and systematic thinking
