About the company Business Type: Manufacturing Products: Phenolic resin for Friction elements
Workplace Area: Company's bus in Rayong Working Hour: 8.00–17.00 (Mon-Fri)
- Planning and organizing production schedule and line by following company's strategy
- Manage and oversee all production line and production process of factory in Rayong
- Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
- Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
- Attend necessary meeting such as quality meeting, production meeting, manager meeting, project meeting etc.
- Prepare monthly report such as production process report and KPI report
- Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
- Keep and implement ISO standard; ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001
- Organize production process and line to enhance productivity
- Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
- Coordinate with other QA, PC, Warehouse Department to operate production smoothly
- Thai Nationality, male/female, age 33-40 years
- Bachelor degree in Science or chemical related field
- 10 years working experience in production section
- Working experience in chemical product manufacturing, Resin related manufacturing is high advantage
- Good command of English or Japanese
- Preferable:
- Work experience in Japanese company before
