• Participate in new project development, especially in new tool design review and mold flow analysis, and try run new tools.
• Try run procedure and with DOE method, define standard injection process for new tools.
• Analyze all findings and potential risks of new tools during try-run, lead project team to improve them before the tools are transferred to mass production, and make sure the tools can run smoothly both in quality and efficiency in mass production stage.
• Release standard injection process from DCC (Documents Control Center) and maintain it in mass production stage.
• Train injection molding set-up workers and technicians for production line.
• Reduce try-run times and optimize cycle time as possible for cost down.
• Improve process continuously and lead at least one CIP project every one year.
• Study new technique in injection and automation to keep strong competitive force in technique.
• Keep technical communication with process team from Automotive HQ.
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 28-45 years old
• Bachelor degree above (in Engineering).
• Has 8+ years in injection molding with at least 3 years in try-run.
• Has basic knowledge of part design/tool design/plastic material character and strong skills of injection molding process/injection molding machine operation/robot programming/trouble shooting/comment on quality requirements/etc.
• Can read mold flow analysis report and put forward valuable comments and suggestions.
• Can try run new tools with DOE method.
• Has comprehensive and systematic ability to analyze and solve problems resulted from tool design/part design/process/material/machine/quality/etc.
• Has strong quality awareness in automotive.
• Accept much challenge from new project and possible over-time work required by project progress.
• Able to go training overseas for 1 month with all allowance provided.
• Oral English is a must and need to communicate with customers and Chinese/European team (Advanced Conversational)
