- Translate Japanese documents (avg 20% of all tasks)
- Prepare regular reports
- Keep employee records
- Support Basic office work
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Other admin tasks as assigned by Manager
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age between 22-40 years old.
- Fresh graduate is welcome
- 0-3 years' experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience of Translating documents in Japanese
- Strong written, reading and communication skills both English and Japanese
- Japanese skill (Advanced Conversational Level: N3 or above)
