- Control production and production according to the plan set up by the department.
- Process Improvement for maximum efficiency in both quantity and quality.
- Training employees to have knowledge of high quality production machinery to meet the highest standards.
- Suggest ways to benefit the operation and increase productivity for Manager and GM Plant.
- Attend meeting to acknowledge the policy and problems to get to work.
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer/ Chemistry or any related field
- Experience in production control 3-5 years
- Possess good leadership skill
- Good command of English communication (Speaking, Writing and Understanding)
- Knowledge of plastics industry
- Have team management experience
- Able to build team work
- Good reliability
- Manage quality management
- Experience working in Japanese company
- Good interpersonal skill
