- Coordinate with Construction Partners in order to negotiate price and term condition
- Support for technical document preparation
- Coordinate and support project coordinator and Japanese GM
- Plan and Schedule the short term future works
- Coordinate/Interface with counterparts in other groups
- Prepare documents and reports for the smooth works
- Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager or Japanese GM
- Thai nationality, Female, age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience as a Admin / Coordinator
- Some experience or knowledge in Construction / Real Estate company
- Active and good personality
- Positive Thinking
- Able to do multi-task
- Able to communicate in English (Speaking and making a report)
- <Preferable Skill / Experience>Experience in Real Estate or Property
