About the company Products: Components, Modules, Circuit board mountings, etc. Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment; Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components

Workplace Area: BTS Saladeang / MRT Silom, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (there is Sat: 10 times/yr. but Rotate in team member it will be around 5 Sat/year))

• Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
• Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
• Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English.
• Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on time and correctly.
• Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
• Organize and maintain financial records
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Other tasks if necessary or needed

• Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years' experience focusing on inventory control, costing and VAT.
• Able to reconcile for report supporting financial report.
• Able to understand accounting system
• Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula
• Document of Transcripts are required
