Brand Manager

The Brand Amplification Manager, Thailand Consumer Health (CH) has the role of leading brand strategy, equity and execution for a portfolio of iconic brands including Aveeno, Johnson's Adult & OGX. This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Consumer Health Thailand and will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Brand Amplification Manager will be primarily responsible for accelerating the business with accountability for revenue, build awareness, expand brand penetration and equity for the brands in the portfolio.

Specifically, Brand Amplification Manager will:

  • Lead the business planning and delivery for the brands in the relevant portfolio with deep understanding of the market financial plan, market needs, consumer insight and customer fundamentals.
  • Develop close partnership with all cross-functional teams in the market and team members in the region,
  • Own key operational processes for the brands including monthly business reviews and annual business planning
  • Develop deep understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive and HCP landscape to build and execute winning plans,
  • Pioneer modern & highly efficient marketing with test & learn start up mind set, usage of real-time insights, and analytics and agile tools

The person will operate with agility, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mind-set to innovate, learn, and drive outstanding execution. This person will be responsible for crafting a culture of teamwork with cross-functional partners and marketing counterparts across both local & region.


Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required. Master's in business or marketing specialization preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in executing in a similar brand leadership role within FMCG experience.
  • Experience marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, video, search, e-commerce, digital analytics, data-powered marketing) is required
  • Experience in leading in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams is required
  • Big passion with creativity to grow the brand in the sustainable way
  • Financial savviness to support effective business decisions
  • Proficiency in English is required.
