- งานสวัสดิการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมาย เช่น กองทุนประกันสังคม กองทุนทดแทน
- งานสวัสดิการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทฯ และงานกิจกรรมพนักงาน
- งานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพนักงานกับบริษัทฯ แรงงานเด็ก แรงงานคนพิการ
- งานที่เกี่ยวกับนโยบายของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน
- งานสอบสวนพนักงานที่กระทำความผิดตามกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับพนักงาน
- งานความปลอดภัยภายในและงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการทรัยยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่น ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความสามารถดูแลการจัดการงานสวัสดิการ งานกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพนักงาน แรงงานสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมพนักงาน
- ขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่
- ใช้งาน Computer (Microsoft word Excel Power point)
- มีความรู้ด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้ดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี ขยัน อดทน มีใจรักงานบริการ
