Compliance & SOP Ownership

Ensure HR operations comply with local labor law and statutory requirements (SSO, PVF, insurance, and other filings).

Build, document, and maintain SOPs for core HR ops processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, documentation) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit-readiness.

Keep processes up to date as regulations or company policy change, and flag compliance risks proactively.

Office Facilities Management

Coordinate office supplies, liaise with vendors/landlords, manage seating/space planning, and keep the workplace running smoothly.

Employee Relations & Ethics

Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and termination cases in line with labor law and company policy, acting as a fair and neutral point of contact.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Own the full cycle: new hire setup (equipment, access) through exit formalities, ensuring smooth transitions in and out of the company.

HR Documentation & Analytics

Maintain employment contracts, employee files, and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain accurate HR data and prepare reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll trends) to support HR and business decision-making.

Other HR Operations Projects

As we focus on HR automation and systems, some parts of the role will ease up — freeing you to focus on other parts like trainings, employee engagement initiatives, or process ownership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related HR functions.

Exposure to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance is preferred.

Solid understanding of local labor law and experience building or maintaining HR SOPs and process documentation.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive employee matters with professionalism and empathy.

Comfortable managing end-to-end HR processes while adapting to changing business priorities.

Comfortable working with HR data and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, HRIS, or similar tools.
