- ออกคำบังคับ ,ออกหมายตั้งเจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดี ณ ศาลทั่วประเทศ
- ตรวจสอบทรัพย์สินของลูกค้าตามคำพิพากษาเพื่อทำการยึดหรืออายัด
- ดำเนินการยึดหรืออายัดทรัพย์สิน ณ สำนักงานบังคับคดีทั่วประเทศยื่นคำขอรับชำระหนี้ในคดีล้มละลายและเป็นพยานในชั้นศาลทุกๆคดีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามรถติดคดีกับสถานีตำรวจ,ศาล,กรมศุลกากร หรือสถานที่ๆเกี่ยวข้องทั่วประเทศ
- ติดต่อประสานงานภายในฝ่ายฯและศูนย์บริการธุรกิจต่างจังหวัด
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี/โท สาขานิติศาสตร์
- เพศชาย อายุ 27- 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานฟ้อง, บังคับคดี 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถเดินทางเพื่อประสานงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานและสามารถปฏิบัติงานในสภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ในระดับดี, ทำข้อมูลสรุปประมวลผลได้
- หากมีตั๋วทนายความและสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
