Job Purpose

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.

Key Stakeholders Management
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (Regional Team, Vendors, etc.) and Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.

Increase Customer Satisfaction

Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.

New Systems Learning
Studying the design of new systems to ensure the smooth support operation.

Weekly Report
Creating weekly performance or requested reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, information technology, MIS, Business Computer, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years experience working as an application support, or a similar role
• Knowledge of  SQL Server, SQL Statement, Java, and Basic Store Procedure
• Good in speaking, reading and writing in English, and be customer-centric
• Communicating effectively through oral and written mediums
• Ability to diagnose and solve application issues
• Have an Excellent customer service skill
• Have good team performance and support the team members
• Experience in eCommerce, CRM, Warehouse Management system is preferable
