Customer Services Officer
atWatsons ThailandSupport CRM function, Active for take care on Live Chat channel Recording and manage data base Coordinate both internal and external
- Handle all questions of online chat channel to be clear for product information,
- member card or promotion monthly
- Solve and send the best process to customers
- Manage & design the pattern for record day-to-day operation
- Take the monthly report, etc.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related major
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or call center
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude
