- พัฒนากระบวนการผลิต วิธีการผลิต บริการจัดการการควบคุมคุณภาพและการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามโยบายที่กำหนดและสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานสากล
- บริหารจัดการและวางแผนการ การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- บริหารบุคลากรให้มีคุณภาพ และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ
- รายงานผู้บริหารและนำเสนอแนวทางการปรับปรุงให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
