Job Responsibilities:

·       Work closely with the sales team with target account, and provide technical consultancy to clients, focusing on IT infrastructure

·       Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide system integrated design and implementation solutions to clients

·       Able to carry out functions in solution offering (term of requirements, proposal, demo, presentation, etc.)

·       Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) with customers to ensure that proposed solution can working as designed.

·       Manages hand-over to the Services Functions (Post-Sales Support and/or Professional Services) for implementation and post-sales support.

·       Build technical and marketing relationship with prospects or existing customers and partners

·       Develop strong relationships with counterpart sales team, solution provider & partners.

·       Prepare technical document in response to requests for information (RFI), Request for proposals (RFP), Comply TOR etc.

Qualifications:
 

·       Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields.

·       3- 7 years’ experience in IT Solution design, planning (pre-sales), Solution Architect, Technical Consultant in IT Networking, IT Security, System administration.

·       Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability toreplicate this in a commercial setting

·       A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a network specialist.

·       Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security.

·       Experience in BGP Routing and Internet Service Provider would be advantage

·       Networking related certification such as CCNP would be advantage

·       Have knowledge in System infrastructure and system integration (such as servers, storage and network)

·       Have knowledge in server components, virtualization and Hyper-converged infrastructure

·       Strong understanding of broader information technology concepts.

·       Strong interest in IT products including technologies associated with the IT and relate market.

·       Good personality with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills

·       Good communication and presentation skill and you can speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues.

·       Able to present products and ideas ease, confidence and persistence.

·       Able to work under pressure

·       Able to work in team or individual

·       Self-motivation and wiling to learn new technologies

·       Good command in written and spoken English
