JOB SUMMARY

The role of an Assistant Housekeeping Manager is to support the Executive Housekeeper in all duties of the housekeeping operation. You will coordinate, schedule and supervise the housekeeping team, carry out inspections to ensure proper cleaning is being done, and manage the inventory of all cleaning supplies. You will provide on-the-job training, and facilitate communications with guests, within the housekeeping team and with other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Female age not over 45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• Thai Nationality : 
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in the same or related position covering a full function of 4-5 star hotel operation.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality service industry.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to respond to guests efficiently and resolve issues.
• Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and room management systems.
• Hands-on experience with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good command of English communication skills and computer literate.
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to work in Koh Kood, Trat
