Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Update manpower and job vacancy with head of departments.
• Post job opening through various channels both internal and external.
• Create social content that reaches and engages with target candidates across Aura channels.
• Source, screen and make appointment with candidates.
• Perform end-to-end process on interview date.
• Other duties as assigned 

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in any bachelor.
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment.
• Interested in Content creator / Social media recruitment / Employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and good at typing skill.
• Ability to work in a challenging dynamic environment.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
