Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy and plan focusing on the acquisition of Chinese customers
• Responsible for marketing campaign, key communication, and promotion
• Recruit and manage relationship with Chinese influencers
• Identify new market opportunities and new marketing strategy through data analysis, customer's insight, partnerships etc.
• Translate marketing contents and all materials from Thai to Chinese
• Responsible for achieving all project KPIs and targets
• Conduct analysis, reports, decks, and high-level insights for management presentations
• Coordinate Campaign / Partnership with other brand
• Collaboration Campaign and Detail
• Provide detailed monthly report on all scope of work to marketing manager.
• Evaluate and analyze  performance, identify points of improvement, and develop clear and compelling solutions and strategies

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Graduated in any Bachelor's degree with excellent grade from top university
• Minimum 2 years work experience in marketing field
• Fluent in Chinese, reading, writing and speaking skills. (HSK5+)
• At least 1 year experience living in mainland China
• Native mainland Chinese are welcomed
• Excellent communication skills in English or Thai
• Engaged in Social Media platforms and stay up-to-date with market trends.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Be a creative person and think out of the box
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Quick problem solving skill. 
• Good analytical, logical and mathematical skill.
