- ให้คำแนะนำและบริการแก่ลูกค้าที่มาติดต่อเยี่ยมชมทรัพย์ต่างๆ ของลูกค้า
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารการขาย เช่น การออกใบจอง สัญญาใบเสร็จรับเงิน
- แก้ไขปัญหาการประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการบริการลูกค้า
- ดูแลสำนักงานขาย อุปกรณ์การขาย บ้าน คอนโดตัวอย่าง ให้เรียบร้อยสมบูรณ์ พร้อมที่จะนำเสนอต้อนรับลูกค้า
