Key Responsibilities

1) Demonstrate good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.

2) Utilize resources/procedure /cost estimate tool in planning system (GEMII /SAP) with MEV tech for quality and efficiency maintenance repair

3) Manage work orders with control procedure (e.g. no overrun, no late TECO) according to Maintenance administrative manual

4) Liaise with PMC and Execution team to effectively plan maintenance work and inspection requirements

5) Plan each work with quality job package so that it can be executed in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner, including technician/contractor manpower, material, tools and equipment are efficiently and centrally controlled.

6) Identify execution risks and able to organize and lead risk analyses meetings and kick-off meetings for complex jobs. Assure a timely and accurate job pack handover to field execution supervisors

7) Analyze and steward performance such as cost trend, backlog, etc. and recommend improvements.

8) Participate / Provide inputs (e.g. cost estimation) for Annual Maintenance plan (AMP) and long-range plan (LRP) in each area

9) Develop and update relevant Maintenance Practices and Procedures (MPP) and provide trainings.

10) Provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and stewards to that plan.

11) Submit Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data per RMS 6A/D/E to Mechanical Coordinator.

12) Support and comply with productivity improvement activities and relevant management system standards (ISO’s), including participating in related activities in line with company policies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical vocational school degree with 3+ years experiences in maintenance and repair of refinery equipment
2. 2+ year experience in maintenance execution

3. Software & Systems: Proficiency in SAP (Work Order management) or CMMS applications.

4. Costing & Budgeting: Experience in maintenance cost estimation, budgeting, and long-range planning (AMP/LRP).

5. Safety & Standards: Strong knowledge of HSE/SHE standards, Risk Analysis, and ISO management systems.

6. Communication & Leadership: Good command of English with proven cross-functional coordination skills (PMC, Execution teams, Contractors).

7. Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of refinery equipment, Maintenance Practices & Procedures (MPP), and KPI tracking.
