Khao Lak Scuba Adventures is one of the first liveab0ard operators and dive centers based in the small holiday town of Khao Lak.

We have developed into the most trusted live-aboard dive tour operator running our own Manta Queen fleets for the routes to the Similan and Surin Island Marine National Parks – the world-famous dive sites located in Thailand.

We are searching for an Online Sales Executive who is excited to join our performance-driven team!


Responsibilities:
The Online Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and/or exceeding defined sales goals and business objectives within an assigned channel.

• Manage and respond to inquiries from inbound leads to close sales and effectively meets online (email & social channel) sales targets.
• Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing team to drive inbound and outbound leads.
• Manage email marketing campaign such as monthly newsletter.
• Develop and implement sales action plan to achieve sales target.
• Understanding the psychology of online customers and delivering a fast and easy buying experience to online customers.
• Monitor and co-ordinate with marketing team to keep the company website up-to-date.
• Provide monthly and on-request sales report and data tracking to the management team
• Stay abreast of online marketing trends and competitors.


Qualifications:
• Strong sales skills with proven experience in the relevant role
• Native Thai language, excellent in English / proficient in Chinese would be a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Scuba Dive Certification/knowledge would be an advantage
