Manage construction/ renovation projects starting from planning to executing. Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering background with at least 5 years of experience is required. Passionate about innovation and creativity is a plus.

• Manage construction, architect, structure, and interior projects
• Manage and maintain budget as planned
• Allocate resources to ensure schedule is on track
• Identify and solve problems/risks during the project
• Collect and manage project team both internal and external
• Monitor production and quality to stakeholder standards
• Understand and be able to review related rules and regulations for the projects
• Be able to become company's representative if needed
• Other related tasks assigned by the project development team.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical
• At least 5 years experience in project management especially in construction and/or renovation project
• Knowledge in Auto CAD and MS Office
• Be a creative person and passionate about innovation is a plus
• Good command in English and good communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to travel domestically
