About the Role
Responsible for communicating AIA products, services, brands and corporate developments to external stakeholders and internal employees- Coordinate the development of advertising and marketing communication materials to effectively represent AIA products, services and brands
- Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience
- Develop and implement AIA's internal communication strategy so that that all employees can find and understand relevant information
- Implement policies and programmes to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
- Develop and coordinate lines of communication within AIA
- Develop and coordinate multimedia packages
- Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
