Streamline data access approval decision and data access management, including data privacy control, by establishing data governance and facilitating coordination with cross-functional teams. Encourage a company-wide understanding of data privacy and the need for data governance rules, standards, and procedures. Support data privacy redactions by collaborating with a cross-functional team to assess data requirements and issues in light of the PDPA. Establish data policy, data quality framework, data quality dashboard, data quality monitoring process and advise practical remediation strategy and plan to drive toward continuous improvement. Ensure that data quality is assessed and evaluated especially as an integral part of new solution developments.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, information technology or related discipline. Proven track record in the field of data governance & data management related to management of enterprise information Strong understanding of databases and data structures. Expertise in developing and operationalizing large scale database guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards Expertise in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation Expertise in leading data security management. Familiar with cloud and data management trends, including open source projects, methodologies (connect and collect, hub and spoke, data fabric architecture, etc.) to help modernize data management and integration is a plus.
