All about the role:
This is a Logistics Network & Key Supplier Manager role. You are responsible for the setup of our logistics network in APMEA with 40+ warehouses. You constantly benchmark and adopt the regional Logistics footprint, ensure its alignment with our Logistics strategy, and contribute to all related decision-making processes. You drive logistics projects related to Finished Goods and OEM products across APMEA. You are the Logistics Program Manager and part of the APMEA Logistics Leadership Team.

What you'll do:

• Design optimized logistics network solutions from cost, service, and sustainability for logistics hubs, VMI WH, FG WH, Spares WH
• Improve resilience and performance supporting BA in warehousing and contract logistics make or buy decisions, partners selection, project implementation and suppliers' performance and relationship management culture
• Log Network design and Footprint studies (logistics Hubs, VMI WH, FG WH, Spares WH)
• Support Purchasing to create in each BA a Value Based Sourcing culture with strategic 3PL (FG contract logistics and components inbound logistics partners)
• Develop a standard KPI and standard interfaces for 3PL
• Create a common 3PL performance management, audits process (quality, op perf, IT, sustainability) and contingency plan approach
• Support and program manage relevant contract logistics tenders and implementation
• Develop and coordinate Group Logistics stress test process
• Drive logistics partners performance regarding inbound, warehousing, distribution, and customs brokerage
