• Required Experience & Qualifications.
• Professional Experience: 0-5 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or a closely related field. Highly motivated new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, provided you can demonstrate technical execution through intensive internships, capstone projects, or a robust personal portfolio. Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Core Technical Skills: Exceptional SQL abilities and solid programming skills (Python preferred). You must have hands-on experience whether professionally or through rigorous academic/personal projects building and operating ETL/ELT pipelines and working with data warehouses.
