• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Job PurposePlan, supervise, and monitor all electrical maintenance, reliability, and SAP activities to maximize plant availability while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. The role is responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability of the plant's electrical infrastructure, supporting continuous production, minimizing equipment downtime, and leading preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Ensure the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of all MV (24 kV) and LT (380 V) electrical systems in a continuous-process plant with limited equipment redundancy and minimal opportunities for preventive maintenance.
• Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team to safely operate and maintain complex electrical systems, where any equipment failure can result in a complete production shutdown.
• Minimize equipment breakdowns and maximize plant availability through effective preventive, predictive, and reliability maintenance strategies.
• Improve the reliability and performance of ageing electrical assets while maintaining uninterrupted plant operations.
• Execute maintenance activities and plant shutdowns safely, on schedule, and within the approved budget.
• Manage annual maintenance of substation equipment and other critical electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure the reliability of critical production equipment, including automatic, semi-automatic, and manual packing machines, as well as furnaces.
