• Role Overview.
• This role focuses on maintaining and improving infrastructure reliability across distributed deployments. The engineer will work across both Linux and Windows Server environments, supporting production systems deployed in hybrid on-premise and hosted environments.
• The ideal candidate enjoys diagnosing real-world infrastructure problems, automating operational tasks, and improving the stability of production systems.
• Maintain and support production infrastructure across multiple deployments
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure incidents in Linux and Windows Server environments
• Implement centralized monitoring and logging across deployments
• Improve system observability and operational visibility
• Automate deployment and configuration of application servers
• Implement automated recovery and service health monitoring
• Improve backup, update, and patch management processes
• Document infrastructure architecture and operational playbooks
• Work closely with software engineers to ensure stable production systems.

• Strong Linux system administration experience
• Strong experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments

• Familiarity with Windows services, Event Viewer, and system diagnostics
• Experience with networking fundamentals (firewalls, routing, VPNs)
• Experience operating distributed or multi-site systems.
