• Background in Integrated Marketing, Brand, Digital, Campaign, or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of Brand, Performance Marketing, Customer Journey, and Business Results.
• Strong Planning, Project Management, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Able to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers and business performance.
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Marketing Sense and Commercial Thinking.
• ) Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / Presentation Tools / AI & Productivity Tools.
• Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Healthcare, Lifestyle, Retail, or Agency environments is a strong advantage.
