• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems used in a building environment (such as chillers, air handling units, pumps and CRAC/CRAH units).
• Good command in English preferred.

• Ensure all site Mechanical tasks are undertaken in line with company procedures and policies to ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and contractors whilst working.
• Reviewing and understanding of commissioning plans, optimizing mechanical systems to provide efficiency, quality, resilience and reliability across essential systems.
• Act as Mechanical Engineering and Operation Lead, coordinating design development, reviewing consultant deliverables, and ensuring integration of mechanical systems with electrical and architectural disciplines.
• Engage and negotiate with Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of mechanical equipment and services.
• Collaborate with Project Management (PM) and Construction Management (CM) teams to align mechanical design and construction activities with project milestones, CAPEX budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Provide technical leadership in Value Engineering, sustainability initiatives, and decarbonization strategies for mechanical systems.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical infrastructure (cooling systems, HVAC, CRAC/CRAH/FAN WALL units, chilled water systems, etc.) to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Lead mechanical capacity planning and scalability studies to support IT load growth and future expansion.
• Ensure compliance with data center industry standards for mechanical systems design and operation.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to evaluate mechanical equipment vendors, review warranties, and manage lifecycle replacement planning.
