• Recruitment & Workforce Planning Manage the recruitment process from manpower requests, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring process support. Assist in workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles.

• Employee Relations & Engagement Maintain good employee relations by providing HR advice, listening to employee concerns, and supporting proper issue resolution. Plan and coordinate employee activities and engagement surveys.
• Learning & Development / IDP Support employee development programs such as training, Individual Development Plans, and skill matrix implementation to enhance employee capabilities and support business growth.
• HR Policy, Compliance & HR Operation Prepare, update, and communicate HR policies, work rules, announcements, and HR procedures. Ensure HR operations, documents, and reports are accurate, systematic, and compliant with relevant regulations.
• HR Digitalization & Process Improvement: Improve HR work processes to reduce manual work, minimize errors, and increase efficiency. Apply digital tools such as Excel, HR systems, Power BI, or AI tools to support HR operations and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 6-10 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, or Employee Relations.
• Experience in a supervisory role, such as HR Supervisor or HR Assistant Manager, will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of labor law, social security, HR documentation, and related compliance matters.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, HR systems, or automation tools will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and advisory skills with managers and employees.
• Systematic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to improve HR processes.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
