• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for both local and overseas suppliers, covering raw materials, fragrance ingredients, packaging materials, imported goods, finished goods, and related business supplies.
• Develop and improve procurement policies, procedures, approval workflows, supplier records, and purchasing documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and readiness for internal audit / IPO requirements.

• Manage key procurement parameters including lead time, MOQ, safety stock, delivery schedule, import timeline, supplier capacity, and supply risk.
• Work closely with Demand & Supply Planning, Production, R&D, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align procurement plans with business needs, production plans, sales forecasts, and new product development timelines.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and develop suppliers both locally and internationally to ensure competitive cost, quality standards, reliable delivery, and long-term supply continuity.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost competitiveness, service level, compliance, and risk management.
• Drive cost-saving and cost-control initiatives through supplier negotiation, alternative sourcing, price benchmarking, contract review, MOQ / lead time optimization, and value improvement projects.
• Support new product development by sourcing suitable raw materials, fragrance components, packaging materials, and suppliers that meet quality, cost, timeline, and brand requirements.
• Manage procurement risks and develop contingency plans for critical materials, key suppliers, imported goods, and high-risk supply items to prevent disruption to production and sales.
• Ensure purchasing documents, quotations, price comparisons, approvals, contracts, supplier master data, and related records are accurate, complete, traceable, and compliant with company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Purchasing team to improve working standards, negotiation skills, supplier follow-up, documentation accuracy, service level, and overall team performance.
• Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance updates, cost-saving reports, and key purchasing analysis for management review and decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain, with team management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses is highly preferred.
• Background in fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, beauty, FMCG, food, consumer goods, packaging, or related manufacturing industries will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in sourcing raw materials, packaging materials, imported goods, and supplier management.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation, cost negotiation, purchasing control, approval workflow, and procurement documentation.
• Good understanding of lead time, MOQ, safety stock, inventory management, demand-supply planning, import purchasing, and supply risk management.
• Experience in procurement process improvement, supplier performance management, cost-saving projects, or internal control will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-growing business environment and manage both operational tasks and process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP / purchasing-related systems.
• High integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and good business judgment.
