• Conceptualize, plan, and produce short-form content TikTok videos, memes, and other social-first formats for both campaigns and always-on content.
• Turn product features and launches into video-led stories that drive awareness and engagement.
• Build visual storyboards that translate concepts into shootable, editable video assets.
• Track trending audio, formats, and creator content on TikTok and Instagram, and adapt the insights into original brand content.
• Filming & Production.
• Shoot high-quality product, lifestyle, and in-store content using company-provided camera equipment, keeping a consistent, authentic brand aesthetic.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to support campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives.
• Work primarily from our in-house studio.
• Editing & Distribution.
• Edit TikTok-native videos hooks, pacing, subtitles, transitions, and audio sync using CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva.
• Own and maintain the content calendar to keep publishing consistent and on schedule.
• Make sure every piece of published content matches brand voice, visual guidelines, and quality bar.
• What You'll Need.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in content creation, social media management, or creative production.
• Hands-on proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Sheets.
• Sharp instinct for TikTok/Instagram trends, digital culture, and Gen Z audience behavior backed by the ability to break down why something works and apply it to original content.
• Strong visual storytelling, filming, and video editing skills.
• Self-motivated and agile comfortable moving from concept to filmed, edited, published content without heavy handholding.
• Full working rights in Thailand.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Thai and English.
• Nice to Have.
• An existing TikTok or Instagram portfolio (personal or professional) that shows range and a point of view.
• Experience filming and editing in a studio environment.
• Basic photography or lighting knowledge.
