• Supporting the collection and accuracy of client information within CRM systems and visitor tracking tools.
• Managing the boutique appointment calendar and supporting scheduling coordination for the boutique team.
• Monitoring daily boutique traffic and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
• Ensuring the boutique remains fully prepared and presented to the highest standards at all times.
• Managing hospitality materials and supporting inventory replenishment when required.
• Providing administrative support and contributing to the efficient running of the boutique.
• Supporting events, activations and peak business periods to ensure seamless execution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, reception or a client-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail.
• Professional, polished and confident presentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
