• Working time: Monday - Friday (05 days/week, from 7:30 to 16:00).
• Thu thập và cập nhật các thông tin nền tảng về tầm nhìn, chiến lược, tỷ lệ thị phần, hệ thống phân phối, nguồn lực sản xuất của công ty. | Collect and maintain up-to-date information on the Company's vision, strategic direction, market share, distribution network, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Nghiên cứu các dòng sản phẩm nào phù hợp với nguồn lực công ty, đúng xu hướng thị trường và nhu cầu của khách hàng, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh | Research product line ...
• Đề xuất danh mục sản phẩm cần phát triển ưu tiên cho lộ trình 5 năm | Propose priority product portfolios for the Company's 5-year product development roadmap.
• Cập nhật hàng năm Bản đồ lộ trình sản phẩm | Update the Product Roadmap on an annual basis.
• Tìm kiếm và đánh giá ý tưởng sản phẩm mới, giải pháp mới. Xác lập tiêu chí ưu tiên. | Identify and evaluate new product ideas and innovative solutions, and establish prioritization criteria.
• Xây dựng, quản lý và cập nhật danh mục ý tưởng (Idea tank) | Develop, manage, and maintain the product idea portfolio (Idea Tank).
• Lập sơ đồ công dụng của sản phẩm. Thiết kế sản phẩm | Develop product application maps and design product concepts.
• Phối hợp khối sản xuất xác định các thông tin về việc tạo sản phẩm. | Collaborate with manufacturing teams to define product development and production requirements.
• Phối hợp khối thị trường khảo sát thị trường để ước tính sản lượng tiêu thụ, xác định thị trường mục tiêu, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh, tính toán giá thành và giá bán, xác định các chỉ tiêu tài chính | Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to conduct market research, estimate sales volume, identify target markets, analyze competitors, calculate production costs and selling prices, and determine key financial indicators.
• Thực hiện sản phẩm mẫu. Khảo sát và điều chỉnh theo phản hồi của khách hàng để hoàn thiện sản phẩm và cập nhật chỉ tiêu tài chính. | Develop product prototypes, gather customer feedback, and refine products while updating financial projections accordingly.
• Tổ chức việc bán thử lô nhỏ. Đánh giá thị trường | Organize pilot launches for small production batches and evaluate market response.
• Triển khai sản xuất và bán hàng lô lớn ra thị trường | Support large-scale production and commercial product launches.
• Theo dõi sản lượng bán và các chỉ số tài chính để có tác động nếu cần. | Monitor sales performance and financial indicators, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cấp thoát nước/ Kỹ thuật các ngành quản lý công nghiệp/ Cơ khí/ Cơ điện tử hoặc các chuyên ngành phù hợp khác. | Bachelor's Degree in Water Supply & Drainage Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Ngoại ngữ: IELTS 4.5/ Toeic 450/ Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt. | English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 4.5 or TOEIC 450, with good communication skills.
• Có kinh nghiệm trong công việc tương tự ít nhất 1 năm. | Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Chủ động, năng động sáng tạo trong công việc. | Proactive, dynamic, and innovative in the workplace.
• Ưu tiên: Hiểu biết về sản phẩm của công ty, công nghệ, khuôn mẫu và thiết bị ngành nhựa. | Preferred: Knowledge of the Company's products, plastic manufacturing technology, molds, and processing equipment.
• Làm việc 5 ngày/1 tuần từ T2 - T6 (7g30 - 16g00). | Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).
• Có kinh nghiệm thiết kế, thi công hệ thông nước là một ưu thế | Experience in water system design and construction is an advantage.
