• The role will primarily support server hardware troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, hardware replacement, firmware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and on-site technical operations for data center and IT infrastructure projects.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, with the ability to independently identify hardware faults, perform component replacement, and complete maintenance tasks in a professional data center environment..
• Perform on-site server hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis, and maintenance.
• CPU.
• Memory / RAM.
• HDD / SSD.
• RAID / Storage Controllers.
• Power Supply Units (PSU).
• System / Server Boards.
• Network Interface Cards (NIC).
• Fans and cooling components.
• Other server hardware components.
• Perform hardware replacement and component-level maintenance according to troubleshooting procedures and customer requirements.
• Conduct server installation, decommissioning, relocation, and hardware upgrades.
• Perform firmware, BIOS, BMC/iLO/iDRAC and other server component upgrades.
• Support server configuration, hardware health checks, diagnostics, and system verification after maintenance.
• Troubleshoot server-related issues and perform root cause analysis where required.
• Execute preventive maintenance and health checks for servers and related IT equipment.
• Work with customer teams, data center operators, vendors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow customer SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, safety requirements, and data center operational procedures.
• Fault descriptions.
• Troubleshooting actions.
• Replaced components.
• Firmware versions.
• Test results.
• Completion reports.
• Provide clear technical reports and documentation after completing maintenance activities.
• Support server spare-parts management, including identification, replacement, return, and tracking of faulty components.
• Participate in on-call, standby, or out-of-hours support when required by project or customer SLA.
• Travel to customer sites / data centers in Thailand when required.
• Perform other server infrastructure and data center operations tasks assigned by the project or operations team..
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in server hardware maintenance and repair is mandatory.
• Strong practical experience in server troubleshooting, hardware fault diagnosis, and component replacement.
• Good understanding of server hardware architecture and components.
• Dell iDRAC.
• HPE iLO.
• Lenovo XClarity.
• Supermicro IPMI.
• Or equivalent server management platforms.
• Good understanding of RAID, storage, memory, CPU, networking, and server power systems.
• Able to read and follow technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and maintenance procedures.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Willing to work in data center environments and follow strict site access and safety requirements.
• Willing to travel to different customer sites within Thailand when required.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned technical tasks..

• Or other enterprise server platforms.
• Experience with Linux / Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, and NIC troubleshooting.
• Experience with server deployment, rack installation, cabling, and data center operations.
• Experience working under SLA / NBD / 24 7 support environments.
• Relevant vendor certifications such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, or equivalent are an advantage.
