• QualificationsBachelor s degree in any discipline.
• At least 8 years of HR leadership experiences, preferably from a large scale MNCs electronics, automotive manufacturing environment.
• Possesses sound knowledge of and experiences in local HR practices and employment legislations.
• Proven ability to take the lead and drive business outcomes and HR programs.
• Demonstrated change management skills to plan and manage HR programs.
• Highly independent and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft will be advantageous.
• Labor Union management experience is advantage.
• Customer and service oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to be based/ relocate to Bangpoo, Samutprakarn.
