• Job Qualifications.

• 1- 3 years of experience in Solar Rooftop drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD-related software.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to explain drawings clearly and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
• Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.

• Responsible for new product tooling development to meet requirements. Support the Organization's Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction and FBN's core values.
• Discusses with the requester to understand the problems and needs for tools to be modified or designed.
• Studies the cause & effect of problems and requirements to be met.
• Creates concepts of new design or modifications.
• Submits design layouts for designs or modifications.
• Screens and approves detailed drawings received from the designer/draftsman.
• Coordinates with the model shop supervisor for tooling fabrication.
• Releases finished tooling to requestors.
• Know your customers' expectations and drive action to meet them.
• Performs related work as required and provides effective communication with subordinates.
• Bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• Experience of at least 1 - 3 years as an Automation Design, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design, and knowledge of Pneumatic, AGV, and ABB Robotics.
