• ตำแหน่ง: Foreman (Site Service Supervisor) ชลบุรี ระยอง.
• วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง.
• ควบคุมและบริหารงานบริการหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย พร้อมประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานภายใน เพื่อให้งานแล้วเสร็จตามเป้าหมายและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า.
• ควบคุม ดูแล และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขตงาน (Scope of Work) ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• วางแผนและจัดตารางการเข้าปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานและผู้รับเหมาให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานและความต้องการของลูกค้า.
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อรับทราบรายละเอียดงาน นัดหมายวันเข้าปฏิบัติงาน และติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ.
• พาผู้รับเหมาเข้าตรวจสอบหน้างาน (Site Survey) เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับการประเมินราคาและวางแผนการดำเนินงาน.
• ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และกำลังคนก่อนเข้าปฏิบัติงาน.
• ควบคุมคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัทและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า.
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินงาน พร้อมหาแนวทางป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ.
• ควบคุมดูแลให้ผู้รับเหมาและทีมงานปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) และข้อกำหนดของสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน.
• ตรวจรับงานและสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น.
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม ฝ่ายขาย หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น.
• ติดตามและประเมินผลการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพงาน.
• ดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน เช่น ใบอนุญาตเข้าทำงาน (Work Permit), รายงานหน้างาน, เอกสารส่งมอบงาน และเอกสารความปลอดภัย.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างกล โยธา อุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ควบคุมงานหน้างาน งานบริการ หรือบริหารผู้รับเหมาอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี.
• สามารถอ่านแบบและเข้าใจรายละเอียดงานทางเทคนิคได้.
• มีทักษะการวางแผนงานและบริหารจัดการหน้างาน.
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี.
• สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและตัดสินใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม.
• สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดหรือทำงานนอกเวลางานได้ (หากจำเป็น).
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถได้.

• Planning and managing elevator and escalator installation for making a quality/safety installation.
• Cleary study all installation contracts for every project to ensure delivering all material/specification to customer.
• Managing and controlling the project budget and contractor to carry out an efficient activities.
• Planning elevator and escalator installation Managing activity for team and contractor.
• Controlling and following installation procedure to carry out project as planed.
• Checking and following foreman's activities in work time.
• Providing Request, Report and Summary Report to inform the customer/main contractor.
• Checking a progression of elevator and escalator installation which is assigned.
• and providing daily report to inform the customer.
• Coordinate with safety department to make a safe installation and complete all safety procedure requirements (safety audit).
• Coordinate with engineer/main contractor/customer/consultant for making a correct process and complete the project in time.
• Coordinate with engineer/main contractor/customer/consultant for making handover and finish the project in time.
• Checking construction of elevator and escalator such as hoistway, end support and wellway etc. and all checking have to be done in accordance to the layout drawing and company's plan.
• Checking quantity of packaging and product quality which is imported from abroad.
• Coordinate and cooperate with a consultant/main contractor to prepare all work which relate to elevator and escalator installation and the project can be completed in time as stipulated in the contract/project/plan.
• Performing miscellaneous duties which are work-related, as assign and dedicated work ethic, morality, safety and company's regulars.

• Graduate Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).

• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Proficient in using computer software and tools for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
