• Oversee and supervise Shift Leaders, Engineers, Technicians, and Workers within the TRW/TRD department, including any temporary personnel assigned to the section.
• Ensure all TRW/TRD segments remain in proper technical condition and are available on schedule.
• Work closely with various maintenance and operations departments to manage and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Lead and conduct internal meetings within the TRW/TRD section.
• Manage interactions and workflows between the Electronics, Permanent Way & Facilities, and TRW/TRD sections.

• Proficient in computer applications and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
