• Process survey by genba: สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ waste, loss, Muda ในทุก process ของแต่ละโรงงาน.
• Problem identification: ระบุปัญหาของแต่ละ process ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต,ด้านวิศวกรรม,ด้านอื่นๆ.
• Production estimation: ประเมินทิศทางในภาพรวม และ ภาพย่อยที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละกระบวนการ.
• Process analysis: วิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้วยหลัก "problem solving"," Six sigma "และหลัก technical term ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างบูรณาการ เพื่อความสมบูรณ์ของโครงการ.
• Design concept & simulation engineering: ออกแบบ,สร้างแบบจำลองและเสนอวิธีการเชิง automatic engineering ในการจัดการแต่ละปัญหาเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนรวมถึงใช้ทรัพากรที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด.
• Details design and specification: ทดสอบ และประเมินราคา ของเครื่องจักรหรืออุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำ automation improvement ในแต่ละ projects.
• Decision making: ประเมินทางเลือกที่เกี่ยวของกับการแก้ปัญหาทางด้าน process & production engineering.
• Projects feasibilities: จัดทำรายงานการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ด้านการลงทุนของโครงการ.
• Action, and optimizing: สรุปผล วางแผนแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม และ จัดทำ new standard การใช้งานเครื่องจักร,อุปณกร์และกระบวนการที่จะปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเพื่อให้เกิดความยั่งยืน.
• Develops production technology: พัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตเพื่อให้ได้กระบวนการที่เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด (smart production technology).
• Co - operation: ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อความยั่งยืน.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
