Digital Marketing Manager
atTowrai.comThe ideal Digital Marketing Manager is a seasoned eCommerce expert with a proven track record for developing and leading best-in-class online digital strategies.
This position will implement the strategy, development and implementation of online sales channel growth for the company. The candidate will work closely with internal staff and our distribution partners, to maintain high standard of quality and to create a memorable shopping experience for all customers. The successful candidate will have solid business and analytical skills, with practical eCommerce experience. Operationally, the candidate will work with in a customer-centric eCommerce program and keep current in online consumer trends and best practices to ensure the eCommerce platforms are performing to its maximum potential.
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites and social commerce campaigns
- Develop and managing digital marketing campaigns across all channels
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the product mix, social marketing campaigns and website/product pages
- Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company across multiple social platforms
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Managing the integration of newly launch OMS and WMS systems for use with Telesales and Customer Service teams
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and specific product offerings
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing strategies
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
