- วางแผนและปฏิบัติตามแผนกลยุทธ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ ราคาช่องทางการกระจายสินค้า และการส่งเสริมการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำตาลที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อให้แผนงานบรรลุผลสำเร็จรวมทั้งปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาอย่างเป็นทีม เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และประเมินผลกลยุทธ์การตลาดที่ตั้งไว้ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินการของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมทั้ง Profit & Loss
- พัฒนา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รูปแบบ วิธีการใหม่ ทั้งในด้านการสื่อสารการตลาดและการส่งเสริมการขายและงานวิจัยทางด้านการตลาดเชิงผู้บริโภค
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนงานการตลาดสำหรับการออกงาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ /สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไปด้านการตลาดสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค
- มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- ทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล / วิเคราะห์ตลาด / สื่อโฆษณา
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทักษะในการนำเสนอทักษะการวิจัยทางด้านการตลาดเชิงผู้บริโภค
