- บริหารปริมาณการขายตามโควต้าที่ได้รับการจัดสรรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำแผนส่งเสริมการขายสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งในปัจจุบันและผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าการขายและเพิ่มการรับรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์มิตรผล
- สร้างความพึงพอใจและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้กับกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมายและรักษาฐานลูกค้าของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย ติดต่อ ดูแล ประสานงานการขาย แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตั้งแต่เริ่มติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อเสนอขายสินค้าจนถึงส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและตรงกำหนดเวลา
- ดำเนินการและควบคุมงานขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทให้บรรลุโควต้าการขายและเป็นไปตามราคาที่ถูกกำหนดไว้ รวมถึงควบคุมงบประมาณทั้งรายรับและรายจ่าย โดยให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย ทั้งรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน รวมทั้งวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ตลาด ความต้องการของกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ดูแลรับผิดชอบเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบการขาย การปฏิสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า เพื่อให้กระบวนการทั้งหมดมีประสิทธิภาพและทำให้ลูกค้ามีความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี / โท สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิทยาศาสตร์, การตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย 3-5 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายช่องทางอุตสาหกรรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
