LOCATION: Free Zone, Suvarnabhumi Airport

• Response all general enquiries in term of customs and clearance within TNT and customer.
• Contact at all levels to communicate clearance progress, activities and plans.
• Understand customer needs and devise specific solutions to improve customs process.
• Promote customs regulatory interest and expand customs knowledge to customer.       
• Joint and support sales activities for better understanding of Customs regulatory and Law.
•  Provide technical support and queries in related to customs and clearance.       
• Coordinate and support for the overall customs clearance to benefit of other functions.
• Cross function support and communication in customs regulatory related.       
• Develop Customer Partnership Program (CPP).

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
• At least 7 years' work experience in customs and regulatory affairs.
• Special Consideration will be given for prior Certification of Customs Specialist by Thai Customs Department (ใบรับรองผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร).
• Good TH customs processes, regulations and network.   
• Good command of English; both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy. 
• Customer orientation, business acumen and advisory skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills with internal & external customers.
• Flexible and able to be reached 24/7.
• Able to work at Free Zone, Suvarnabhumi Airport.
